Refund, Returns, Exchanges and Cancellations Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at [email protected]If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Returns & Exchanges 

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We’re bummed if you're not 100% satisfied with the items you received, and we gladly accept returns within 30 days of receipt for most items in new condition.

We do our best to provide you 100% satisfaction. If you want to apply a return.

DO NOT RETURN THE PRODUCT TO SAME LOGISTICS ADDRESS. 

Please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.


 

1. Please contact Customer Service on our site, indicating the item(s) you would like to return and the reason. We will get back to you within 12 hours. Your patience will be highly appreciated.
2. After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.
3. Drop off your package at the local post office.
4. Most returns are processed within 5 - 10 business days after we receive your package. We’ll issue the refund to your original payment account.

Return Conditions

1. You have 30 days to decide if an item is right for you, if not, you can certainly come to us within 30 days of receipt.
2. We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.
3. We do offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us, UVDepurate Customer Service will provide the instructions.

Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

For defective, incorrect or not as described items, please send us a clear picture or video of the problem. Please keep the picture below 2 MB.

 

Our Solutions:

UVDepurate's responsibility

We inspect all items before shipping them out to our customers and limit the chance of damaged item.

If our company is responsible for the issue, we will allow a return to our warehouse for a refund and/or an exchange.

Once we receive the item, we will refund in full the original product price and its shipping or resend for free a replacement at our expense.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Customer's responsibility

If the customer has ordered an incorrect product or simply wants to exchange the item, we can also allow a return.

In that case, the customer will be responsible for the shipping fee for an exchange. If the customer chooses a refund, we will refund the original product price. All and any shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, We/UVDepurate cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
